Together with these Terms, the Engagement Letter forms the complete agreement. If conflicts arise, the Engagement Letter takes precedence.
Fees may be fixed, hourly, or service-package based.

Payment is typically due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified.
Services may be suspended if payment obligations are not met.
Overdue amounts may accrue interest in line with applicable laws.
